Katie Rhodes
Katie Rhodes serves as Director of Sourcing and Production at Title Nine, a women-owned and operated apparel company based in the Bay Area. She oversees global sourcing, production strategy, and supply chain operations, ensuring quality, ethical standards, and operational efficiency across product categories.
With extensive experience in apparel production and vendor partnerships, Katie provides critical insight into responsible sourcing, supply chain management, and industry best practices. Her expertise strengthens ADM’s focus on product lifecycle management, sustainability, and industry-aligned technical competencies.
Samia Siddiqui
Samia Siddiqui is Assistant Manager of Global Product Collaborations and Brand Activations at Levi Strauss & Co. in San Francisco. In her role, she manages cross-functional design and product development teams to deliver global collaboration collections and experiential brand activations.
Her work bridges design, merchandising, and experiential marketing, offering students insight into brand strategy, collaborative product development, and global fashion partnerships. Samia’s expertise supports ADM’s emphasis on innovation, brand storytelling, and industry-connected learning.
Sofia Dangerfield
Sofia Dangerfield is a Senior Manager of Global Brand Experience at Levi Strauss & Co., where she leads men’s visual merchandising and styling initiatives across global markets including North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Greater China. In her role, she shapes in-store brand experiences through merchandising strategy, styling, and the implementation of global visual standards, ensuring cohesive and compelling storytelling across retail environments.
With over 15 years of combined experience spanning industry and higher education, Sofia brings a unique, interdisciplinary perspective to fashion. Her expertise includes visual merchandising, retail brand environments, and consumer-focused design, supported by a strong foundation in both creative and analytical approaches to the industry.
Sofia holds a B.S. in Apparel Design and Merchandising and an M.A. in Family and Consumer Sciences from San Francisco State University, with a focus on sustainable design and consumer behavior. A first-generation college graduate, she is deeply committed to continuous learning, mentorship, and community engagement, and is passionate about creating inclusive pathways into the fashion industry.
