After earning a BS in Design from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1966 with a dual major in graphic and interior design. I worked with design firms in Detroit, Michigan. In 1974, I moved to San Francisco and took and passed the NCIDQ and CCRE exams. I worked for several San Francisco architectural firms producing commercial interiors for corporations and health care facility. I have been a lecturer for three years in the CFS/D Department for the interior design program. I am currently teaching ID 245 Design History and working as a design consultant in the Bay Area.
